Show number two of this week was amazing in spite of the fact that I only made it for the last song of Fatal Formality's show. That's okay. It is my favorite song. After the show, the guys and the Diehards went out to eat and had an amazing time. It was definitely a breath of fresh air to kick it with guys that were absolutely chill, Jesus-Loving, gentlemen, and rocking all at the same time. We definitely had a blast. My favorite were the rampant insults followed by the gentle statement: "We're friends!" So it is official. Fatal Formality and The Dallas Diehards are Best Friends For Freaken Ever. Love it.
Latest developments on Rock N Relief.
- Today I got to speak in front of a class at UTD about the event and HAF. Totally killer.
- Flyering has been fun. Places hit thus far: Deep Ellum, that one Frisco church youth group, I've got my RED boys dieharding phase 8 on campus. Tomorrow Club Smack, Friday Theater7.
- Sponsorship is beginning to come in. Oh Yes!!
- Cool behind-the-scene stuff going on too!
